Start with a freshly sharpened pencil for a precise line.For a clean look, apply from the outer corner of the eye and stroke towards the inner corner, closely along the lash line. Lift the top lash line gently with your fingertip and fill in gaps between the roots to tightline from outer to inner corner.To create a fine line, smooth #26 Push Eyeliner Brush over the tip of eyeliner and press brush into lash line.
